For our digital courses, trainings and 1on1 sessions, we do not offer refunds since it’s not a “returnable” item and is delivered all at once as soon as you purchase it.

We suggest reaching us for help on the account if you are experiencing any issues accepting or downloading our offline trainings or sessions.

To submit a proper refund request, please email with your request. We will need to know which product you purchased and at what price. Thank you.


In certain cases, we may offer refund to you.

  • If you accidentally purchased the course and hasn’t utilize the material yet.
  • If the course in not available.
  • If the material listed or the description is misleading.
  • If your account has been hacked.

Note: Once you have purchased the course and receive the material there would be no refund when we initialize the digital transfer from our side.
